The National Aquaculture Association (NAA) recommends that members and friends contact your Representative to the U.S. House of Representatives to join a letter to President-elect Trump him to mediate and facilitate constructive dialogue between the International Longshoremen’s Association (ILA) and United States Maritime Alliance, Ltd. (USMX) to avoid an Atlantic and Gulf Coast ports strike. The ILA and USMX are set to resume negotiations Tuesday, January 7^th. This will be the first formal negotiations since the ILA walked away from the negotiating table last November.
