Magic Valley Heli-Arc & Mfg. was formed in 1975 as a repair welding and light custom manufacturing company.

In 1979 MVH designed and built its first Fish Pump for handling live fish without damage or stress. This was the birth of MVH product line which was named "Aqua-Life Products".MVH employs 19 full time employees in a state of the art manufacturing facility utilizing the latest in machine technology.
